Little Silver Emergency Medical Services (LSEMS) is a 100% volunteer organization that responds to all the medical and traumatic emergencies, as well as Fire Department calls, in the Borough of Little Silver, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
LSEMS also provides a stand-by crew for community events such as football games at RBR, races such as the Little Silver 5k and George Sheehan Run, graduations at Markham Place School and Red Bank Regional High School, the NJ Marathon, and other large community events where there is potential for an injury or medical emergency.
