KINDERGARTEN - 2ND GRADE SATURDAY CLINIC
This instructional clinic takes place at Point Road Gym in November and December. As with all rec programs, Coaches are always needed for without these volunteers, our programs could not exist. Little Silver Rec firmly believes that together with your support, our sports program can develop in your child the life skill of commitment. Please teach your child to support their teammates and coaches by honoring their commitment to play all games and practices for the entire season.
COACHES ALWAYS NEEDED
The success of our rec programs relies entirely upon our volunteer coaches. Coaching clinics are offered to assist new coaches. Please consider being part of your child's development by signing up online to coach or assist using the same registration process as your child only clicking on adult rather than child.

Have fun and move to your favorite music from the 50’s and 60’s with exercises designed to increase muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and range of movement. This free program is a combination of aerobic, flexibility, and resistance (strength) training, all done in a fun-filled environment! Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and six-inch inflatable balls are used for resistance. If you prefer, a chair can be used for seated and-or standing support.
