Have fun and move to your favorite music from the 50's and 60's with exercises designed to increase muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and range of movement. This 8 week free program is a combination of aerobic, flexibility, and resistance (strength) training, all done in a fun-filled environment! Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and six-inch inflatable balls are used for resistance. If you prefer, a chair can be used for seated and/or standing support.
