Agenda for the regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Little Silver to be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 7:30 P.M. Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey:

 7.        Application of Gary Costello to construct a 35’ by 45’ tennis/basketball court and

one 1,100 watt Halide light, 18 feet in height, on the  property  at 199 Seven Bridges Road, Block 46.01, Lot 2, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 44,997 square feet is existing and  the minimum required improved lot frontage of 160 feet where 150 feet is existing.

 

 8.        Site Plan Application of Holiday Meats, Block 30.01, Lot 133, 42 Birch Avenue,

            B-2 Zone

10.        Resolutions:

 

Application of James W. and Pierrette M. Lloyd to construct a 9’ by 24’ garage

extension, a 13’6” by 16’6” irregularly shaped family room addition attaching the existing garage to the house, a 5’6” by 17’ foyer extension, two 2’ by 10’ window seats, an 8’ by 17’ addition to the existing living room, a 10’ by 17’ irregularly shaped sunroom, a 7’ deep covered porch along the front and left side of the house, a 6’ by 16’ second floor bedroom addition, a 28’4” by 23’ second story master bedroom addition over the existing garage, various interior renovations, second floor balcony and removal of the roof over the existing house to allow an 8 foot ceiling height on  the  property  at 44 Nottingham Way, Block 13,

 

Lot 111, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,150 square feet is existing, the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 44.72 feet is proposed, the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure (raised patio/deck) of 15 feet on each side where 85’ feet and 8’ feet are existing.
