Unfinished Business: Use Variance and Site Plan Application of Omnipoint Communications, Block 30.2, Lots 25 through 27, Sycamore Avenue, B-2 Zone 6. New Business: Application of Mike and Kate Galbavy to incorporate the existing enclosed porch into kitchen space, remove the existing deck and construct a 13’ by 13.4’ one story addition consisting of a dining area and a 14’ by 18’ patio on the property at 12 Sunnycrest Court, Block 30, Lot 63, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,113 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 75.24 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 24 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 30.5 feet is existing and 30 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 6.7 feet and 7 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 23% is existing and 21% is proposed. 7. Resolutions: Application of Katherine Haynes to construct a 4’8” by 14’ first floor addition to enlarge the family room with a 20’6” by 14’ second floor addition above consisting of a sitting area with closet and master bath, relocation of existing bathroom and conversion to a laundry closet on the property at 139 Silverton Avenue, Block 22, Lot 17, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,533 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet facing both streets where 143 feet and 52 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet on each street where 26. 3 feet and 14 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 55 feet and 4 feet is existing; the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 19.3% is existing and 20.2% is proposed Variance and Coastal Wetlands Application of Robert C. Neff, Sr. and Shirley F. Neff to remove existing concrete and construct a 12’ by 8’ covered porch, remove existing porch and gazebo and construct a 298 square foot “L” shaped one story addition, a 20’ by 27’ “L” shaped covered porch, and a 29’ by 21’ “L” shaped trellis covered porch on the property at 670 Little Silver Point Road, Block 64, Lot 10, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 48,149 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved lot frontage of 160 feet where 150 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 33.5 feet in height is 42.5 feet on each side where 85.8 feet and 4.8 feet is existing; the minimum side yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet where 4.7 feet is existing for the garage and 9.2 feet is existing for the pool; and no building, structure, improvement and/or development which increases the footprint of any existing structure or building or which enlarges the ground area of development currently existing on the subject property or which is new development shall be permitted in the Coastal Flood Zone where improvements below the six foot contour are proposed. 8.
