New Business: Application of Toko Sakane to construct a three story 17.2’ by 28.7’ elevator and stairway addition, renovate the second floor bathroom, add a bathroom on the third floor and revise the existing dormers on the property at 391 Little Silver Point Road, Block 61, Lot 1, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 32.5 feet in height of 41.5 feet on each side where 28 feet and 280 feet is existing and the maximum building height for a principal building of 35 feet and not exceeding 2½ stories where 32.5 feet and three stories is existing. Application of Dr. and Mrs. Harold Bade to construct a 25’8” by 24’11” carport on the existing garage and a 239 square foot attic dormer addition on the property at 600 Little Silver Point Road, Block 64, Lot 3, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 37,088 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved lot frontage of 160 feet where 99.2 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 35 feet in height of 44 feet on each side where 15.7 feet and 15.54 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory building in excess of 600 square feet in size and 20.5 feet in height of 19.5 feet where 15.18 feet and 72 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable impervious surface of 25% where 29% is existing and 29.18% is proposed. Application of Wayne and Janice Swaggerty to construct an 8’ by 56’ wrap around covered porch and two 4’ by 5’ dormers on the property at 22 Northvale Avenue, Block 69, Lot 5, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 21,740 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 50 feet where 44 feet is existing and 40 feet is proposed; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 11.9 feet and 24’4” feet is existing and 11.9 feet and 32 feet is proposed. Application of Eric and Janice Anderson to construct a 283.2 square foot addition to the existing garage consisting of a laundry room, bathroom and mudroom on the property at 33 Laurelwood Drive, Block 17, Lot 30 in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 19,958 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 50 feet where 49.7 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 48 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure in excess of 100 square feet of 15 feet where 8.03 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 14.9 feet and 54.1 feet is existing. Site Plan Application of Walgreen’s Corporation, 531 Prospect Avenue, Block 40, Lot 35 8. Resolutions: Application of Charles B. and Asa H. Schoening to demolish the existing structure and construct a 67’ by 40’ two and one-half story home on the property at 44 Rivers Edge Drive, Block 83, Lot 23, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 16,350 square feet is existing; the maximum allowable building height of 30 feet and 2 ½ stories where 33 feet is proposed. * Note: CAFRA approval may be required and is the responsibility of the Applicant. Application of Victor and Penelope Buccellato, 119 Pinckney Road to construct a 25’ by 39’ three bedroom, two bath, second story addition, an 18’ by 18’ one-story addition to the kitchen, a 46’ by 30’ L-shaped covered porch, new patio, covered entry and walkway and a circular driveway on the property at 263 Prospect Avenue, Block 19, Lot 17, in the R-1A Zone which violates the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 30 feet in height of 39 feet on each side where 14.6 feet and 24 feet is existing and the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet on each side where 6 feet and 8 feet is existing. Application of Anthony Trufolo to allow an already constructed 25’ by 25’ foundation and continue to construct a basement/storage area with deck above on the property at 191 Pinckney Road, Block 11, Lot 21, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 13,913 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 13.1 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 11.8 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet where 5.8 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 9 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet on each side where 7.9 feet is existing; the maximum allowable impervious coverage of 35% where 36% is existing and 40.2% is proposed and a detached accessory structure shall be at least 5 feet from the principal structure where the principal structure is proposed 1 foot from the existing garage. 9.
