Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey: 1. Statement of Compliance 2. Roll Call 4. Approval of Minutes: 5. Unfinished Business: None at this time. 6. New Business: Application of Julia Lynch to construct a 13 by 19enclosed porch addition and a 29 by 22 irregular two story addition on the property at 224 Willow Drive, Block 51, Lot 26, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 11,355 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 76 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet where .8 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 3.6 feet is existing; the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 31% is proposed and the maximum allowable impervious coverage of 35% where 42% is proposed. Application of Arnold and Lori Natali to construct a 7 by 9 kitchen and breakfast area, a 22 by 12covered porch and a 22 by 24 patio on the property at 150 Queens Drive South, Block 46, Lot 16, in the R-1A Zone which violates the minimum required improved road frontage of 150 feet where 110 feet is existing; and the minimum side yard setback for a principal building 30 feet in height of 39 feet on each side where 54 feet and 15.9 feet is existing. *CAFRA permit has been obtained. Application of Gary N. James, 9 Oakwood Lane, Rumson, New Jersey to remove an existing deck, covered front porch and covered patio and construct a 10.5 by 18.5 deck and kitchen addition, a second story master bedroom and bath over the garage, re-convert the existing family room to a garage and construct a new front entry on the property at 90 Lovett Avenue, Block 52, Lot 7, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 11,250 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 75 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure is 15 feet on each side where 9.9 feet and 26.4 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable impervious coverage of 35% where 30.45% is existing and 30.35% is proposed. Application of Dr. Theodore and Fabiola Kutzin to amend the Planning Board approval of November 9, 2006 to demolish a portion of the existing rear walkway and construct a 24 by 20 two story addition expanding the existing garage from two bays to four bays and enlarging the master bedroom above, a 4 by 15 one story open porch addition, interior renovations, expand the existing driveway by approximately 45 square feet and relocate the existing hot tub on the property at 20 Sherwood Road, Planning Board Agenda Page Two Block 13, Lot 117, in the R-2 Zone by already constructing a 148 by 8 rear attic dormer, a 108 by 13 second story dormer, a 12 by 5 1/2 dormer style roof over a bay window and changing several windows which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,800 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 50 feet where 42 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable impervious surface of 35% where 40.1% is existing. 7. Resolutions: Application of Robert Susser, 4 Pompano Road, Rumson, New Jersey, (property owner Drew O. Murphy) to demolish the existing one story home and construct a two story home on the property at 38 Winding Way, Block 61, Lot 19, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,754 square feet is existing. Application of John and Jeannette Hall to construct a 55 by 30 in-ground swimming pool with 95 by 60 of decking and a 14 by 20 pool house with kitchen and bath on the property at 9 Paag Lane, Block 66, Lot 4, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required improved lot frontage of 160 feet where 150 feet is existing and the pump of a filtration system of a private swimming pool shall be located not less than 20 feet from any side or rear property line where 15 feet is proposed. Application of Sue Onyskow to demolish a portion of the existing patio and construct a 331 by 356 second story addition consisting of a master suite and second floor balcony with a sunroom below, a 5 by 104 one story entry addition, a 304 by 106 covered patio, a 149 by 104 covered rear porch, a 24 by 5 covered front porch and additional concrete walkways on the property at, Block, Lot, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,184 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 50 feet where 49.64 feet is existing; and the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 46 feet is existing and 36.5 feet is proposed. 8.
