Agenda for the regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Little Silver to be held on, Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 7 P.M. Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey:

Application of Charles B. and Asa H. Schoening to demolish the existing structure and construct a 67’ by 40’ two and one-half story home on  the  property  at 44 Rivers Edge Drive, Block 83, Lot 23, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 16,350 square feet is existing; the maximum allowable building height of 30 feet and 2 ½ stories where 33 feet is proposed.  * Note:  CAFRA approval may be required and is the responsibility of the Applicant.

 6.    New Business:

Application of Barbara D. Cottrell to screen in a first floor deck on  the  property  at 2 Queens Drive, Block 43, Lot 1, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 19,452 square feet is existing and the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet on each road where 109 feet, 82 feet and 70 feet is existing.

Application of Matthew and Cristina DeNezza to construct an approximately 24’ by 35’ second story master bedroom addition and demolish the existing front porch and construct a 10.5’ by 7’ porch on  the  property  at 11 Hasler Lane, Block 18, Lot 27, in the R-1A Zone which violates the minimum side yard setback for a principal building 29 feet in height is 38 feet on each side where 28 feet and 49.2 feet is existing.

7.    Resolutions:

Application of Craig Orlando to demolish the existing decks and construct a 12’ by 16’ two story addition, enlarging the existing kitchen and creating a master bathroom, an 18’ by 23’ L-shaped covered porch, a 31’ by 11’ irregular shaped patio and various interior renovations on  the  property  at 40 Salem Lane,  Block 28, Lot 28, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 10,706 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet facing both streets where 75 feet and 151 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 25 feet and 13.9 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 10.1 feet and 77 feet is existing and 6 feet and 80 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet on each side where 12.1 feet and 12.1 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 17.9% is existing and 21.6% is proposed.
