Application of Louis and Christine Pota to construct a 36’ by 30’ second story addition consisting of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, renovation of the first floor including a breakfast nook, family room, 5’ by 20’ covered porch and 3’ high picket fencing on the property at 388 Prospect Avenue, Block 23, Lot 19, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,950 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet facing both streets where 53 feet and 150 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 11 feet and 26 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 7.3 feet and 82 feet is existing and 5 feet and 80 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure of 8 feet on each side as to the shed where 3 feet and 3.5 feet is existing and 15 feet on each side as to the garage where 11.8 feet and 38 feet is existing and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 17.1% is existing and 18.9% is proposed. Resolutions: Application of Richard Bastian to construct an irregular “c” shaped one story addition approximately 55’ by 64’ (revised to approximately 43’ by 51’) in size consisting of an eat-in kitchen, master bedroom, screened porch, an extension to the existing garage, new patios, a 44’ by 27’ second floor playroom addition and various interior renovations on the property at 34 Alwin Terrace, Block 83, Lot11, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 21,045.7 square feet is existing, the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 130 feet is existing on an unimproved road, the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure is 50 feet where 45.5 feet is existing and 36.1 feet (revised to 55.9’) is proposed, the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure is 15 feet on each side where 14.8 feet and 30 feet is existing and 14.8 feet and 20.3 feet is proposed and the maximum allowable lot coverage is 18% where 16% is existing and 23.7% (revised to 20.7%) is proposed. Application of Judith Stach to construct a 128 square foot second story addition and a 63 square foot attic addition on the property at 15 Alwin Terrace, Block 84 Lot 2, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 150 feet is existing on an unimproved road; the minimum required front yard setback of 50 feet where 37.5 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet where .4 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet on each side where 1.6 feet and 138 feet is existing as to the shed and 6.7 feet and 121 feet is existing as to the garage. Application of Lance Kirk to construct a 22’ by 36’ three car garage addition with office above on the property at 7 Paag Circle, Block 66.01, Lot 3, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 46,181 square feet is existing. Application of Sterling H. and Ilda Wood to construct a one story addition, a second story addition and new stoop and steps on the property at 80 Brookside Lane, Block 54, Lot 24.8, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 15,619 square feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 9.3 feet is existing. Application of Mark Arend and Rachael Rennert, 55 Rector Place, Red Bank, New Jersey to construct a 10’ by 34.5’ two story addition consisting of an expanded kitchen and dining area on the first floor and a master bedroom / bath on the second floor, a 12’ by 20’ second story addition over the single car garage for bedroom space, demolish the existing 10’ x 20.4’ carport and construct a 13.4’ x 21.4’ second car garage, demolish the rear attached porch and stairs and construct a 5’ by 6’ and 5’ by 8’ porch and steps, a 5’ by 5’ foot Bilco door and a 500 square foot stone patio in the rear at 129 North Sunnycrest Drive, Block 30, Lot 64, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 14,052 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet facing both streets where 166 feet and 94 feet is existing and the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 22 feet and 31 feet is existing.
