Application of Charles Cary, 1730 Helen Street, Wall, New Jersey to demolish the existing home to three walls and construct a two story single family home by expanding the existing 57’ by 59’ irregular footprint to approximately 77’ by 60’ on the property  at 26 Kings Road, Block 46, Lot 3, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 21,190 square feet is existing.

Application of MG Kelly Builders, LLC, 14 Bridgewaters Drive, Oceanport, New Jersey to demolish the existing structure and construct an approximately 77’ by 38’  two story home on  the  property  at 108 Parker Avenue,  Block 58, Lots 16, 17 and 18 , in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 19,250 square feet is existing.

Application of William Marucci to construct a 22’ by 24’ one story family room addition, a 21’ by 19’ one story two car garage addition, a 16’ by 7’ front porch addition, various interior renovations and expand the existing driveway 1,236 square feet on  the  property  at 655 Prospect Avenue, Block 46, Lot 50, in the R-1A Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 40,000 square feet where 36,660 square feet is existing, the minimum required improved road frontage of 150 feet where 100.5 feet is existing, the minimum side yard setback for a principal building 23.5 feet in height of 31 feet where 14.9 feet and 19.9 feet is existing and 14.9 feet and 14.5 feet is proposed and the minimum required side yard setback for

an accessory structure 96 square feet in size of 8 feet on each side where 1.35 feet and 90 feet is existing.

Application of Christen McMahon to demolish an existing sunroom and construct a 17’ by 25’ one story family room, mudroom and powder room addition and a 23.5’ by 32’ second story dormer addition consisting of an office and bedroom with bathroom on  the  property  at 74 Standish Road,  Block 28, Lot 99, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 6,000 square feet is existing, the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 60 feet is existing, the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 24.6 feet is existing, the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 40.1 feet is existing and 34.3 feet is proposed, the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 6.4 feet and 7.7 feet is existing and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 21.4% is existing and 25.6% is proposed.

Request of Mr. and Mrs. Derek Tietjen regarding the need to remove an additional tree at 21 Vista Drive, Block 19, Lot 14

Application of Janine Talbot to demolish the existing porch and construct  a 6.5’ by 30’ porch addition, a 9’ by 6.5’ 2nd floor dormer, a 14’ by 7’ second floor dormer and an 8’ by 14’ one story addition to the existing garage with half bath on the property at 55 Rumson Place,  Block 1, Lot 9, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,725 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 51.5 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 30 feet is existing and 25 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure is 15 feet on each side where 9 and 14 feet is existing and the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 378 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 31 feet and 8 feet is existing.

Application of Wayne and Anne Malone to amend the Planning Board’s January 22, 2003 approval of a 5’ by 13.5’ second story deck by allowing an already constructed 12’ by 21’ second story deck to remain on  the  property  at 20 Rivers Edge Drive, Block 80, Lot 8, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 24,581 square feet is existing and the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 99.97 feet is existing.

Variance Application of Martelli at Fox Hill, LLC, 628 Shrewsbury Avenue, Tinton Falls, New Jersey to construct an 18’ by 24’ three story addition consisting of a basement and one car garage, a kitchen expansion with master bedroom above and retaining wall system  on the  property  at 19 Fox Hill Drive, Block 13, Lot 15, in the R-2 Zone which violates the maximum allowable building height of 30 feet and 3 ½ stories where 36.6 feet and 2 ½ stories is existing and fences and walls shall not exceed 6 feet in height above ground level where a retaining wall system ranging from 1 foot to 14 feet is proposed.
