AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH OF LITTLE SILVER TO PLACE A DEED RESTRICTION ON A CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE BOROUGH DESIGNATED AS BLOCK 39, LOT 3 ON THE LITTLE SILVER BOROUGH TAX MAP IN ORDER TO RESERVE THE NAME OF THE WOMAN’S CLUB BUILDING.  (Public Hearing November 6, 2006)
