New Business: Application of Stella D. Ruane to demolish the existing deck and construct a 15 by 27 L-shaped deck and a 40 by 23 one story L shaped addition on the property at 20 Manson Place, Block 30.02, Lot 15, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 176 square feet in size of 15 feet where 1.7 feet is existing, the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 20.9 feet and 13 feet is existing and 14.2 feet and 13 feet is proposed, the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 176 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where .6 feet and 88 feet is existing, and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 19% is existing and 24% is proposed. Application of Jim and Sue Hurley to construct an 18 by 35 in-ground swimming pool with associated 3 concrete patio and 5 high Jerith fencing on the property at 21 Prince Place, Block 40, Lot 26, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 92.08 feet is existing. Application of Francine Dudick to construct a 16 by 32 in-ground swimming pool, 470 square feet of patio and 4 high chain link fencing on the property at 175 Silverside Avenue, Block 70, Lot 12, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,000 square feet is existing. Application of Kara and Stephen Carcaterra, 1266 Ocean Avenue, #22, Sea Bright, New Jersey to construct a 21 by 25 first floor breakfast room addition, 25 by 8 two story living room addition, a 9 by 2 covered entrance, a 73 by 35 second floor addition consisting of a master bedroom and bath, sitting area, office space, two bedrooms two baths and closets and second floor balconies on the property at 9 Holly Tree Lane, Block 46, Lot 35, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 23,235 square feet is existing, the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 36.3 and 14.9 feet is existing and the maximum allowable building height of 30 feet and 2 ½ stories where 33.5 feet is proposed. 7. Resolutions: Application of Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Solon to construct a 34 by 25 L-shaped second story addition consisting of two bedrooms a bathroom and laundry room on the property at 41 Monroe Avenue, Block 48, Lot 35, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 12,726 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 65 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 5.1 feet and 4.9 feet is existing. Application of William Spencer Foxworth, Foxworth Building Co., LLC, 50 Winfield Drive Little Silver, New Jersey, to demo and replace the existing 8 by 14 porch with a covered porch, construct a 16 by 30 one story great room addition, a 30 by 34 L-shaped second story addition consisting of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and demolish the existing patio and 110 square foot shed on the property at 110 North Sunnycrest Drive, Block 33, Lot 29, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 9,975 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 29.9 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 110 square feet in size of 15 feet where 14.6 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 12.1 feet and 10.8 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 110 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 4.6 feet and 55 feet is existing. Application of Stephen and Karen Feldkamp to construct a 10 by 144 two story addition consisting of a kitchen with master bedroom and closet above and a 4 by 8 second story master bathroom addition on the property at 87 Silverton Avenue, Block 22, Lot 29, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 5,225 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 50 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 16 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 39.7 feet is existing and 29.7 feet is proposed; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 64 square feet in size of 8 feet where 4 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 4.5 feet and 4.8 feet is existing and 4.5 feet and 7.67 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 64 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 5.5 feet and 36 feet is existing and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 27% is existing and 30% is proposed. 8.
